We only deliver to Ireland (no UK!) and work with two transport services: DPD and Dachser. On each product on our website, we have clearly indicated with which transporter it is delivered.
Shipping costs for Ireland range from €9.95 to €49.95. The final shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

Good to know: At EXIT Toys, you only pay a small part of the actual shipping costs, with the majority covered by us. Not entirely satisfied? If you return your entire order within the 14-day cooling-off period, you’ll get the full purchase price and shipping costs back! However, return shipping costs are on you.

Most of the outdoor play equipment, such as football goals, trampolines and go-karts are delivered to your home by DPD. As soon as the order is shipped, we send you an e-mail with the de track & trace link of DPD so that you can follow the shipment. You can also adjust the delivery time and address.
If DPD cannot deliver the order, the transport service will first try to deliver it to one of your neighbours. If this does not succeed, then the package can be picked up the following business day at the nearest DPD pick-up point. In that case, the transport service will leave you a note with the address where you can pick up the package.
Sometimes our outdoor play equipment, such as playhouses and large play equipment, are too large and heavy for delivery by DPD. That is why we use Dachser, a specialised transport service. Before we ship your order, Dachser first makes an appointment with you for a delivery date convenient for you. Subsequently, on the agreed time, Dachser arrives with a pallet for unloading your order. You must be home when the packet arrives and the chauffeur decides on the spot, if he can unload the packet where you want it to stand.
